- Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
- Yes. Cash on delivery is how you pay for now — settle the amount in cash with the courier when your order reaches your doorstep. Online and advance payment are coming soon.
- Are your perfumes original?
- Every Kavoor fragrance is composed in-house in small batches from a tight palette of raw materials, made to our own formulas. Each bottle is rested for days before it reaches you.
- How long do your perfumes last?
- Our fragrances are built for strong projection and long-lasting, all-day wear. A few sprays on warm pulse points — wrists, neck, inner elbows — carry the scent through the day.
- What is your return and exchange policy?
- We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return or exchange delivery charges may apply.
