Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Change of mind after purchase
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement. Delivery charges may apply depending on the case.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
